About the project
A proposal was made to refurb and remodel a a former educational facility in Southgate into a new state of the art hotel.
Located near the grade II listed Southgate station, the project aimed to bring life back to this vacant building.

Why Klasse?
We have worked closely with our client, to supply them with our Klasse external sheathing boards, specifically our G-Board (Outwear), with its A1 fire-rated, fully non-combustible features.
The client needed external sheathing that had these important safety features, but also needed boards that were easy to handle and easy to cut, making work safer, quicker and easier for the installers.
Project Progress
The G-Board (Outwear) really stood out during the construction process with it's bright green look, and it's high density meant it could mitigate wind and installation damage.
The boards were installed quickly and effeciently, which meant the project could continue without any hiccups from the external sheathing boards.
The project aims to finished by Summer 2023.
