About the project
Melfield Gardens is a new residential building being built in Lewisham and will feature a total of 32 flats once completed.
Klasse G-board has been utilised in this project as the chosen external sheathing board.

Practical Considerations
The contractors needed a sheathing board that was easy to use and install, and is A1 rated, fully non-combustible.
Klasse had the solution, our G-board ticked all the right boxes due to our extensive testing and lightweight properties.
