Corner Point is a 210-bed, four-storey student accommodation development. Designed to maximise space on a challenging sloping site, the scheme includes modern studio accommodation alongside a range of student amenities, with a carefully coordinated MEP and fire strategy. Klasse was proud to supply Klasse G-Board for the project, where it was used as part of the external through-wall build-up and to line the internal smoke riser. Its non-combustible properties helped support the building's passive fire protection strategy, providing a durable, compliant solution that contributed to the overall safety and performance of the development.
