About the project

Built on land previously used as a hospital, St Ann’s is a collaboration between The Hill Group, Peabody, the GLA, the London Borough of Haringey and the local community, to deliver up to 995 new homes. Klasse G-board and KlasseROCK have been installed across the site. Klasse G-board is A1 rated for fire performance and W1 tested for water tightness. KlasseROCK is a BBA-approved stone mineral wool rainscreen insulation that enhances building envelope performance while delivering high standards of safety, efficiency, and durability.
