About the project
A new office building for Oregon Timber Frame is under construction in Selkirk, Scotland. This two-storey structure will incorporate Klasse C-board sheathing boards installed on an SFS frame.

Practical Considerations
C-board is a calcium silicate cement board that is known for being robust and durable. With high impact and weatherability resistance, it can easily handle the Scottish weather. It also has great racking strength so it can withstand high winds effectively.
C-board is Euroclass A1 rated and has been extensively tested to achieve fire resistance standards required by contractors.
