Central Quay is a 4.4-acre development site that also includes an existing 80,000 sq ft office building, located in the Anderston/Finnieston area to the west of Glasgow’s city centre. The project is a mixed-use development comprising residential accommodation, purpose-built student housing, and commercial space including food, drink, and retail uses. Klasse G-Board was specified for the external sheathing, offering an A1 non-combustible rating, BBA approval and full testing within major SFS systems.
