Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls

  • Process of orders

  • Shipment tracking

  • Sales lead generation/telephone sales

  • Customer Quotations/negotiations

  • Strong communication skills for customer service and team communication.

  • IT literate / Excel ,Word ,Outlook

  • Problem-solving within the role parameters understand when to escalate problems

  • Sales skills: able to identify and fully support the development of sales opportunities

 

Required Skills and experience:

  • Excellent self-organisation and focus required

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Previous experience within an ordering processing/sales support and customer service capacity - Essential

  • Analytical and excellent with solving problems

  • Excellent at multi-tasking and juggling priorities

Field Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Klasse Group Ltd is seeking a full-time Field Sales Representative to cover a geographical area of the UK.

What you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good IT and presentation skills

  • Ability to work in a team 

  • Ability to contribute to problem solving

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Contacting new and existing customers

  • Making presentations to promote new products from Klasse Group Ltd

  • Agreeing sales, prices and delivery

  • Meeting sales targets

  • Going to conferences to understand industry trends and implement new knowledge into the development of Klasse Group Ltd

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of working in a field sales role

  • Experience of working in a team
