JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls

  • Process of orders

  • Shipment tracking

  • Sales lead generation/telephone sales

  • Customer Quotations/negotiations

  • Strong communication skills for customer service and team communication.

  • IT literate / Excel ,Word ,Outlook

  • Problem-solving within the role parameters understand when to escalate problems

  • Sales skills: able to identify and fully support the development of sales opportunities

 

Required Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within an ordering processing/sales support and customer service capacity - Essential

Klasse Field Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Klasse Group Ltd is seeking a full-time Field Sales Representative to cover a geographical area of the UK.

What you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team 

  • Ability to contribute to problem-solving

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Contacting new and existing customers

  • Making presentations to promote new products from Klasse Group Ltd

  • Agreeing sales, prices and delivery

  • Meeting sales targets

  • Going to conferences to understand industry trends and implement new knowledge into the development of Klasse Group Ltd

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of working in a field sales role

Klasse Accounts Assistant 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Accounts Assistant will provide support to the Financial Controller and the Directors and will be responsible for a wide range of duties including:

Banking

  • Sterling and foreign currency bank accounts – Check activity and assist with main accounts

  • Process supplier payments

  • Bank incoming cheques when received

  • Daily reconciliations of the 4 most active accounts

Accounts

  • Complete the snapshot P&L for Directors

  • Variance Analysis

  • Weekly sales and stock reports

  • Debtor and stock days analysis

  • Liaise with accountants re: management accounts

  • Answer any account queries for our overseas accountants

  • Reconcile company credit cards

  • Reconcile and submit the VAT Returns

Sage Maintenance

  • Monitor and adjust nominal activity in Sage

  • Oversee bank reconciliations of all accounts including FX accounts

  • Manage all bookkeeping and maintaining records for Group

  • Oversee purchase ledger

  • Revalue foreign currency exchange rates for customers and suppliers

  • Foreign currency bank account revaluations

  • Enter vehicle HP invoices when received

  • Distribute customer account statements

  • Accruals, Prepayments and Journal Entries

  • Intercompany Invoicing

General

 

  • Manage accounts email and postal mail

  • Ensure German VAT return for EU Entity is submitted and paid

  • Monitor the exchange rate

  • Record the Barclaycard activity

  • Complete Supplier Applications

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • The ability to work under strict time constraints.

  • The ability to prioritise workload.

  • The ability to work independently

  • An organised and methodical approach to tasks.

  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask across different types of accounting-related projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: Accounting: 3 years (required)
